I had to follow up a few times before getting a proper reply, and it felt like nobody really took the time to read what I’d sent. I did eventually get an answer, but it was slow and not very helpful. The products themselves are fine, but the customer service left me disappointed. I would’ve appreciated at least a simple apology for the hassle.

I was expecting a bit more variety, to be honest, but the selection felt limited. A few of the colours and items I was interested in either weren’t available or were out of stock. The site itself is fine and easy enough to use, but compared to other places, there just wasn’t much to pick from. A little disappointing, since I was politely hoping for more options.

I ordered from canni.co.uk thinking it would show up in a few days, but it took way longer than I expected. There weren’t many updates either, so I was just left wondering what was going on (which gets annoying after a while).

I kept having to check the tracking myself, and the whole thing just felt really slow. If you need something by a certain time, this probably isn’t ideal. I’m not sure I’d order again unless the delivery side improves (because waiting around like that isn’t worth it).

I ordered two gels and noticed the same thing with both: they showed up a lot darker than they looked in the photos. I might’ve understood it if it was just one shade, but seeing the pattern across both was frustrating. Bit annoying, honestly.

I was disappointed with this polish. I prepped my nails the same way I always do, and at first it looked really nice, so I thought it was going to hold up well.
By the second day, though, I already had chips on two nails. Then by day four, it started peeling off in little pieces, which was super frustrating for a gel polish.
Maybe I just got a bad batch, but I don’t think I’d buy it again. It’s just not worth the effort when it wears off that fast.

I ordered this thinking it might be a decent deal, but for what I paid, it didn’t feel worth it. The items were just okay, nothing that made me feel like the price made sense. I’ve bought cheaper stuff that felt pretty much the same. I also felt like I had to keep being patient and give it a chance, but in the end it still didn’t really win me over. Maybe it works for other people, but I wouldn’t buy it again at these prices.

The box showed up all squashed and kind of half open. The stuff inside was just loose with barely any padding or anything, so it didn’t feel very well protected. it looked like someone packed it in a bit of a rush. Not really what I was expecting.

I don’t know, I just found these really awkward to use. The gel felt thick and it didn’t spread smoothly at all... it kept going lumpy around the edges. It took me ages just to get one hand looking even halfway decent. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it was just messy, stressful, and not worth the hassle. I wouldn’t buy it again...
